Provided are functional material-enriched fresh eggs, a method and a system for producing the same. The method and the system are designed to absorb a functional material of interest, such as calcium solution, green tea, a ginseng extract or a red ginseng extract, into fresh eggs by immersing the fresh eggs in a solution of the functional material or spraying the fresh eggs with a solution of the functional material. This method and system is economically favorable without risking breaking the fresh eggs.
