The present invention relates to a device for grinding and dehydrating food waste. According to the present invention, a tableware filtering unit is disposed in a hopper, a fixed partition plate, a supporting partition plate, a cover plate, and tableware alignment stands constituting the tableware filtering unit. The tableware filtering unit filters tableware mixed with food waste such as spoons, chopsticks, forks, and knives. Accordingly, damage to a rotating grinding blade rotating at a high speed to grind the food waste or a pressurizing screw for dehydration that is attributable to the tableware flowing in with the food waste and an operation failure such as malfunctioning that is attributable to jamming can be prevented when the food waste is subject to grinding, dehydration, separation, and discharge. |
