The present invention relates to a ferritic nodular graphite cast iron for an exhaust system. The ferritic nodular graphite cast iron for the exhaust system contains 2.8-3.8 wt% of C, 2.5-3.5 wt% of Si, 0.5-0.9 wt% of Mo, 1.4-2.8 wt% of Al, 0.4-0.8 wt% of V, 0.4-1.0 wt% of Ni, less than 0.5 wt% of Mn, less than 0.05 wt% of P, impurities less than 0.03 wt% of S, spheroidizing agents, and the remainder of Fe so that thermal strength, oxidation resistance properties, and thermal resistance properties of materials are remarkably improved.
