The present invention relates to a refrigerator comprising: a refrigerator main body partitioned into a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment; refrigerator doors respectively opening or closing the freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment; and an evaporator installed at the rear space of the rear side of the refrigerator main body, wherein the rear side having the evaporator has cold air feeding unit feeding cold air from frost adhering to the evaporator to the freezer compartment or the refrigerator compartment. Therefore, the refrigerator needs not have an extra defrosting heater for removing the frost adhering to the evaporator, thereby preventing power consumption from being increased by using electric current for operating the defrosting heater, fundamentally blocking the inflow of heat generated in the operation of the defrosting heater into the storage room of the refrigerator, and preventing deterioration in the qualities of stored articles by continuously feeding the cold air to the storage room even if the operation of a compressor stops.
