A substrate (4) is attached to a base member 2 by being covered with a cover member (3). Spring sections (3g-1 to 3g-4) of the cover member (3) press the substrate (4) to the base member (2) side by being in contact with the substrate. Supporting sections (2b-1 to 2b-4) of the base member (2) are provided at positions facing substrate (4) portions, which are in contact with and being pressed by the spring sections (3g-1 to 3g-4), and support the portions from the base member (2) side. |
