A needle for drug injection, and a drug injection apparatus comprising the same are disclosed. The needle for drug injection is formed in the shape of a cylinder, of which one end comprises a sharp needle point and the other end comprises: an acupuncture body configured to be opened so that a drug can be injected thereinto; and at least one outlet through which the drug is discharged, the outlet being provided on one side of the acupuncture body, wherein the outlet is formed to have an inclination angle in the direction from the one end to the other end.
