Provided is a pallet transportation device that is provided with: first and second guide rails, which are provided so as to be spaced apart vertically in a vertical direction and on which a pallet is movably mounted; and third and fourth guide rails, which are provided so as to be spaced apart vertically in parallel with the first and second guide rails and on which the pallet is movably mounted. This pallet transportation device is provided with first and second circulation belts, which are endless and are provided along the first and second guide rails and the third and fourth guide rails, and in which recesses and protrusions capable of engaging with the pallet are formed on one main surface. The pallet is engaged by the upper side of the first or second circulation belt when the pallet moves along the first or third guide rail provided above in the vertical direction, and is engaged by the lower side of the first or second circulation belt when the pallet moves along the second or fourth guide rail provided below in the vertical direction. |
