PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for inhibiting bitter taste of an oral ingestion composition such as food and drink or an oral medication containing blanched L-amino acid (BCAA) selected from L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine.SOLUTION: There are provided an oral ingestion composition to which BCAA is blended or an oral ingestion composition such as food and drink or an oral medication having inhibited bitter taste by adding γ-glutamyl peptide which is one or more selected from γ-Glu-X-Gly, where X represents amino acid or an amino acid derivative, and γ-Glu-Y, where Y represents amino acid or an amino acid derivative to a raw material thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
