PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having good general-purpose adhesion properties relative to PVA with a wide saponification degree and moisture and heat-resistant adhesion properties.SOLUTION: In a laminated film, a resin layer (α) comprising a resin composition (I) including an aliphatic urethane structure is formed on at least one face of a thermoplastic resin film, and the resin layer (α) satisfies properties of (i) and (ii): (i) surface free energy (sum of a dispersion force and a polar force) of the resin layer (α) is 30 mN/m or more and 45 mN/m or less; and (ii) a polar force of the resin layer (α) is 5.0 mN/m or more and 15.0 mN/m or less.
