PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and manufacturing cost of a power supply circuit which supplies electric potential to a driving circuit which drives a display panel by MLS (Multi Line Select).SOLUTION: A power supply circuit comprises: a charge pump circuit which is supplied with a first electric potential and a second electric potential and generates a third electric potential higher than the second electric potential; a regulator which outputs a fourth electric potential higher than the first electric potential and lower than the third electric potential; a regulator which outputs a fifth electric potential higher than the first electric potential and lower than the fourth electric potential; a charge pump circuit which generates a sixth electric potential by adding the difference between the fourth electric potential and the first electric potential to the fourth electric potential; a charge pump circuit which generates a seventh electric potential by adding the difference between the fourth electric potential and the fifth electric potential to the fourth electric potential; a charge pump circuit which generates an eighth electric potential which is an intermediate electric potential between the fourth electric potential and the fifth electric potential; and a charge pump circuit which generates a ninth electric potential which is an intermediate electric potential between the fourth electric potential and the seventh electric potential. The power supply circuit supplies the first electric potential and the fourth to the ninth electric potentials to a driving circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
