A stop valve (100) and an air conditioner having same. The stop valve (100) comprises: a valve seat (1), a valve cavity (11) and a matching cavity (12) in communication with the valve cavity (11) being defined in the valve seat (1), the matching cavity (12) being located on a first end surface (111) of the valve cavity (11), and two openings (112) in communication with the matching cavity (12) being also provided on the valve cavity (11); a sleeve ring (2), the sleeve ring (2) being circularly inserted in one of the two openings (112); a valve core (3), the valve core (3) comprising a matching part (31) and a stop part (32) arranged on the matching part (31), the matching part (31) being matched with the matching cavity (12) in a threaded manner, and the stop part (32) being located in the valve cavity (11); and an elastic sealing piece (4).
