PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer which can form a coat layer capable of easily forming a coating film, and can form a coat layer excellent in adhesion with the coating film, when forming the coating film by applying a coating agent onto the surface, and to provide a resin composition containing the polymer.SOLUTION: A polymer is obtained by polymerization of a monomer component containing a diene structure-containing monomer represented by formula (I) and an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing monomer having an imide ring. In formula (I), Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, and X, Y and Y each independently represents an oxygen atom where the same groups are not adjacent to each other, a sulfur atom or an imino group.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
