PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin composition used for producing an active energy ray curing type solvent-based acrylic adhesive capable of obtaining an adhesive layer of a beautiful coating film surface even in thick coating and requiring no aging.SOLUTION: There is provided an acrylic resin composition which comprises an active energy ray-reactive acrylic resin (A), an organic solvent (B) having a boiling point of 120°C or less and an ethylenic unsaturated compound (C) containing one ethylenic unsaturated group which has a flash point of 100°C or more and a homopolymer of which has a glass transition point of -80 to 40°C, wherein the active energy ray-reactive acrylic resin (A) is an ethylenic unsaturated group-containing acrylic resin (A1) and has a weight average molecular weight of 300000-5000000, the content of the organic solvent (B) is 80-1000 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the active energy ray-reactive acrylic resin (A), and the content ratio of the ethylenic unsaturated compound (C) is 8-85 wt.% based on the total of the acrylic resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
