PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in vitro assessment methods of a pharmacokinetics overview, such as the incorporation, metabolism, and excretion of a drug, useful for new drug development.SOLUTION: A component analysis apparatus is characterized by comprising a holding part for holding a plurality of containers holding hepatocyte tissues, and an analyzing unit for measuring components supplied into the plurality of containers to analyze the measured component, wherein the plurality of containers are at least a first container and a second container, the first solution containing a substance for releasing adhesion between a plurality of cells forming the hepatocyte tissues being held in the first container, a buffer solution being held in the second container, the analyzing unit measuring the amount of the component discharged from the hepatocyte tissues in the first container to the first solution and the amount of the component discharged from the hepatocyte tissues in the second container to a buffer solution in the second container, and the amount of the component discharged through the bile duct in the hepatocyte tissues being analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
