PURPOSE: A super-slim keyboard is provided to reduce weight and volume of a keyboard by using a contact electro-luminescence device. CONSTITUTION: In the super-slim keyboard, the contact electro-luminescence device includes a transparent electrode layer formed on a polymer transparent substrate, an electro-luminescence layer formed on the transparent electrode layer, a dielectric layer formed on the electro-luminescence layer, and an opaque electrode layer formed on the dielectric layer. One terminal of the alternating current(AC) power is connected with the transparent electrode layer. When the finger is touched on the opaque electrode layer, the finger becomes a grounding electrode, a circuit activating the electro-luminescence device is formed and a visible light is emitted to the direction of the transparent electrode.
