PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronously rectifying switching converter capable of keeping an on-state throughout the entire period over which a regenerative MOSFET is to pass a regenerative current, improving efficiency, and operating in parallel. SOLUTION: This converter is provided with a tertiary winding 23 of a power converting transformer 20 obtaining gate driving signals of a rectifying MOSFET 60 and a regenerative MOSFET 70, an impedance device, for example, resistors 61, 71 which are connected to the gates of the rectifying MOSFET 60 and the regenerative MOSFET 70 and control the voltage ratio of the gate driving signals, and a clamp circuit 50 which is connected to a primary winding 21 of the power transformer 20, and keeps the gate driving signal level of the regenerative MOSFET 70 constant throughout almost the entire period over which a switching MOSFET 30 is in an off-state.
