PURPOSE: An endoscope mouthpiece is provided to prevent the mouthpiece from being put out of a mouth by joining an elastic partial, having the characteristics of being widened toward the exterior, at both sides of the mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION: An endoscope mouthpiece comprises a main frame(1), a front connection plate(2) and an elastic partial(5). An endoscope inserting hole(6) is formed in the main frame(1) which has a short pipe shape. The front connection plate(2) is coupled with an end of the main frame(1) so as to be contacted with a patient's mouth. The elastic partial(5) is respectively installed at rear parts of the main frame(1) so as to be widened toward an outer side. A rear protrusion partial(3) is formed at a rear top of the main frame(1) so as to have a biased shape.
