The invention relates to the food industry. The essence of said invention lies in that the composition of alcohol beverages based on milk. The inventive alcohol beverage comprises the following ingredients at the following ratio thereof, expressed in kg/ 1000 dl of finished product: liquid or powder milk product 500-6000 kg/1000dl, sweetener 1500-3500 kg/1000dl, stabilising and thickening agent 10-100 kg/1000dl, the rest being water and spirit liquid. The produced liqueur has strength ranging from 12 to 20 %. Said liqueur can also contain aromatic and/or flavour additives, colour or colorant. The components are mixed according with specified processing modes and passed through a homogeniser. Afterwards, a pre-prepared water and spirit liquid is added into the mixture. If necessary, the mixture is corrected, the homogenisation being continued. A mixture thus produced is conditioned during a certain time period, required for assimilating the ingredients thereof.
