PURPOSE: An unattended consultation system and consultation service providing method for preventing school violence are provided to guarantee an anonymity of a person who seeks an advice by indirectly exchanging an intention by using an ARS system. CONSTITUTION: A consultation-seeking person(102) is connected to an ARS system(120) through dialing by using a phone set. The ARS system(120) provides an announcement to allow the connected consultation-seeking person to select a use method of an unattended consultation system and a desired service. The consultation-seeking person selects a desired service and counselor and inputs a consultation content by voice. The voice of the consultation-seeking person is transmitted to the ARS system(120), and the ARS system discriminatingly stores the consultation content in a voice storing unit. When the consultation is finished, a receipt number is assigned the consultation-seeking person to identify the consultation content. When the consultation content is inputted, the ARS system(120) automatically informs a corresponding counselor(104) by using a pre-set telephone number so that the counselor can listen to the consultation content. After the counselor(104) listens to the consultation content, he/she inputs a content for solution and stores it in the ARS system(120). The consultation-seeking person(102) is connected to the ARS system(120) in some time to listen to an announcement, selects a number for listening to the consultation result, inputs the receipt number according to the announcement, and listens to the solution of the counselor.
