PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded product prepared by using the composition are provided to improve heat resistance, strength, processability and laser marking properties. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 1-95 wt% of at least one kind of a rubber reinforced thermoplastic resin; 1-90 wt% of at least one kind of acryl resin; and 1-95 wt% of at least one kind of thermoplastic norbornene resin. Optionally the thermoplastic resin composition comprises further at least one kind of styrene resin other than the rubber reinforced thermoplastic resin. Preferably the thermoplastic norbornene resin is a polymer obtained by the polymerization of a monomer composition containing at least one monomer represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 to R4 are independent each another and are H, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group, or a linker containing at least one element selected from O, N, S or Si; m is 0 or a positive integer; and p is 0 or 1 (p is 0 if m is 0).
