PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture various kinds of coils automatically by replacing a winding jig between a winding jig rotating means which rotates a winding jig for winding a wire and a winding jig holding means for holding a spare winding jig for replacement. SOLUTION: A winding jig rotating means 20, being installed on a base 21, removably holds a winding jig J1 or a winding jig J2 and rotates to form air-core coils. The winding jig J1 is removably held by a chucking means 25 which actuates an air pressure cylinder and chucks the jig J1 mechanically on a spindle 24. A winding jig holding means 50 is also installed on the base 21 side by side with the winding jig rotating means 20 and can removably hold a spare jig, for example, the winding jig J2. In a winding jig replacing means 80, a chuck 84 corresponds to the winding jig J1 at the side of the winding jig rotating means 20 and a chuck 85 corresponds to the winding jig 32 at the side of the winding jig holding means 50. |
