PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for reducing the local surface wobbling of a flexible disk in a recording/reproducing device which uses the flexible disk and an optical correction plate serving also as an attitude controller. SOLUTION: Occurrence of air biting is suppressed by generating a fixed air flow between the flexible disk and the optical correction plate serving also as the posture controller during disk rotation.
