A motor vehicle suspension adjustment method and means allowing within a vehicle strut tower (5) a coil spring top mounting seat (9) to rotate on its bearing (13), but to remain stationery in a radial direction, and the actual telescoping strut and its top mount assembly to move independently to a new radial position thus altering the camber and/ or caster settings, and allowing the strut (5) to pivot at the base of a wheel hub assembly, and if there is sufficient clearance between the outer diameter of the strut (5) the additional combination movement of the seat (9) also by means of offsetting the central mounting hole (10) for the seat (9) on a clamp plate (12) or moving the seat (9) by slotting or providing apertures (23) for the strut mount studs (6) in the clamp plate (12), thus further increasing the adjustment range accomplishing a new stationary position of the seat (9), while still allowing independent radial repositioning of the top strut mount plate (Figures 1 (1)) and its bushing (2) which is achieved by mounting the existing top coil seat (9) or a modified coil seat and rotation bearing (13) by any suitable means to this new clamp plate (12), the positioning of the strut mount top alternatively being facilitated by a single or plurality of rotatable eccentric discs.
