PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely judge the authenticity of road information transmitted from a vehicle to a center apparatus via road side communication equipment. SOLUTION: The center apparatus collates whether the ID of road side communication equipment 22 in connection information received this time and the ID of road side communication equipment 23 in connection information last received from a vehicle 11 is in adjacent positional relationship (positional relationship between the road side communication equipment 22 and the road side communication equipment 23 which are installed at positions adjacent to each other ) or not, and when both IDs is in the adjacent positional relationship, road information in the connection information 48 received this time is judged as true, then, the authentication of the road information 43 transmitted from the vehicle 11 can be surely judged.
