PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the design cost of an image processing system and to shorten a design period. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 110 is provided with a graphic library 112 and a verification program 111. Two sorts of candidate programs including a graphic program and a graphic processing execution instruction program are stored in the graphic library 112. The verification program 111 determines the combination of candidate programs. The verification program 111 successively starts the candidate programs indicated by the combination of the candidate programs in each combination of the candidate programs.
