<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism and a device enabling continuous upward lifting with much smaller power compared with conventional devices. <P>SOLUTION: Two sets of continuous lifting conveyors constitute one set of device, one of them being the conveying side and the other being the weight side, and the weight of a conveying object and the weight corresponding to it is acted as a weight 5, the both being made to interact to allow the weight of the conveying object 4 to become zero by making the both balance with each other.
