摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a recent headlight in which a lens-cut is not provided on an outer lens, it is required to form a light distribution only with a reflecting face, and a shape accuracy of undercoating applied for enhancing planarity before aluminum vapor deposition becomes a factor for variations in performance. <P>SOLUTION: A headlight adopts a paraboloid-based reflecting face 2 and is composed as follows. A part in the reflecting face that projects light emitted from a filament 3a onto at least a range between positions from 0.5D to 2L is formed with a transparent color. The rear face side of the part is formed into a shape that reflects light in the range from 0.5D to 2L while the part is formed as a sub-reflecting face 22 whose rear face is applied with mirror plane treatment. A main reflecting face 21 in the reflecting face other than the sub-reflecting face is formed by applying undercoating and mirror plane treatment on the surface of a BMC resin. The main reflecting face includes a locking mechanism that locks the sub-reflecting face at a prescribed position in the main reflecting face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
