<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing information in response to users' individual requests through a network, a method therefor, and a computer-executable program for executing the method. <P>SOLUTION: A server 3 comprises a means for displaying, in response to a request from a terminal means 2, predetermined information, a retrieval condition for the predetermined information or the like on the terminal means 2 through the network 1; and a means for receiving the retrieval condition or the like input by the terminal means 2 and sorting the providing information in reference to a detailed information table possessed by the server 3.
