<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element having a small difference in capacitance value in operation, and capable of continuously varying the capacitance value. <P>SOLUTION: The variable-capacitance element comprises a substrate 4, a plurality of signal line conductors 1, 2 arranged on the substrate 4, and a movable electrode part moving on the plurality of signal line conductors 1, 2. The movable electrode part has a dielectric material 3 with a plurality of conductive electrodes 5, 6 arranged, and at least one of the conductive electrodes 5, 6 is constantly faced to the signal line conductors 1, 2 through the dielectric material 3, and at least the other one of the conductive electrodes 5, 6 is constantly faced or not faced to the signal line conductors 1, 2 through the dielectric material 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
