THERMAL MANAGEMENT PROCESS FOR REPAIRING SURFACE OF METALLIC DETAIL PART ACCOMPANIED BY ADHESIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process which can dimensionally repair a metallic detail part joined to a substrate positioned below, without degrading the bonding function and also without thermally damaging the substrate during repairing the metallic detail part.

SOLUTION: The invented thermal management process for repairing the surface of the metallic detail part accompanied by at least one adhesive comprises four steps. The first step is to prepare at least one damaged area on the metallic detail part. The second step is to lay out at least one thermal management component on the adhesive by which the metallic detail part is joined or on a surface area near to the adhesive. The third step is to mask the surface area and the adhesive at least with a masking agent. The fourth step is to dimensionally repair the surface of the metallic detail part laid out on a product at a working temperature lower than the temperature which deteriorates the adhesive, the substrate or the joining interface between the adhesive and the substrate.
