<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform delivery date negotiations for an ordered service in a business department of the iron and steel industry for mass-production of multi-type, small-lot products so as to form an order structure matching requests between a customer and a producing side. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of products with production specifications equal to each other or within a fixed range is grouped as a plurality of types, based on the past production performance data, a type model having a typical production specification of each type is formed, and based on a restriction condition for product and each type model, type-based production frames are preliminarily formed so that evaluation indexes for sales and production are the best, prior to order receipt. When an inquiry for a new order is received, the production specification and type matched thereto are assigned to the new order, and an order-receivable delivery date of the new order is calculated and displayed based on the past order receiving information, the type-based production frames and order information of the new order.
