The present invention relates to a VR pipe coated with anti-rust paint by vertical coating device and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly to, a VR pipe coated with anti-rust paint by vertical coating and a manufacturing method thereof which skips transportation to a coating place by using a transportation means such as a forklift from a VR pipe curing process to completion of a coating process of anti-rust paint and skips a process of putting the VR pipe horizontally on a floor surface for coating, thereby improving productivity due to minimizing defect rates, ensuring a coating process by inserting a spraying device to the inner surface of the VR pip deposited on a transporting pallet for coating so as to reduce coating time, workers and processes for reducing manufacturing cost. On the body of a predetermined shape of the present invention, a plurality of rotating plates having VR pipes for curing and coating the paint are installed at regular intervals, a motor which rotates the rotating plate at a regular speed inside the body is installed and a transporting pallet for coating with wheels at the bottom of the body is installed. The anti-rust paint is coated at an equal width on the inner wall surface of the VR pipe placed on the transporting pallet for coating, and a vertical coating device is equipped for coating from the bottom of the VR pipe to the upper part and said device coats the anti-rust paint on the inner wall surface of the VR pipe. |
