PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter for performing beam forming and transmitting a signal. SOLUTION: The transmitter is provided, which performs beam forming and transmits a signal. The transmitter is provided with a subset matrix setting part for setting a subset matrix about one antenna belonging to one user terminal and an antenna belonging to another user terminal on the basis of a channel matrix, and a beam forming matrix calculating part for calculating a beam forming matrix using inverse matrix operation on the basis of the subset matrix set in each of the antennas.
