PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a header in a radio communication system, and an apparatus. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of separating an RLC PDU (radio link control packet data unit) into a plurality of segments so that one of the plurality of segments has a first header, and a step of setting the first header so that it has a field representing the information of the RLC PDU.
