The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a temporary long-span retaining wall by using a passive wing plate and an elastic supporting plate, wherein the method increases a passive earth-pressure area by installing a passive wing plate at the lower part of an H-pile, and therefore increases the rotation-resisting moment of the H-pile, thereby making the span of H-piles a long one; and reduces member force by installing an elastic supporting plate at the middle of the H-piles in order to secure the safety of a braced wall which is installed between the long-spanned H-piles. In a method for constructing a temporary retaining wall, which creates bored holes by digging the ground, inserts H-piles into the bored holes through penetration, horizontally installs a wale across the H-piles at every predetermined height, supports the wales by using struts, and inserts a braced wall between the H-piles to support backside ground, the method for constructing a temporary long-span retaining wall by using a passive wing plate and an elastic supporting plate according to the present invention to achieve such a purpose installs a passive wing plate at both sides of a lower web of the H-pile, and installs an elastic supporting plate at the middle of the braced wall between the H-piles. |
