PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately convey a component having a curved surface.SOLUTION: A handling device 10 includes a hand 23 sucking and holding a lens 7 stored in a component tray 11. In the lens 7, a cylindrical sleeve is cut to form a joined surface 17B and the joined surface 17B is sucked and held by the side surface 41A of the component tray 11. When the lens 7 is sucked and held by the hand 23, the hand 23 is moved up along the side surface 41A while the lens 7 is sucked. The suction of the lens 7 is switched from the hand 23 to the side surface 41A and then, the lens 7 is pushed down by the hand 23. Then, the hand 23 is moved toward the side surface 41A, to closely adhere to the suction part 31 of the hand 23 to the curved surface of the lens 7. |
