摘要 A mobile terminal having a function of measuring biometric signals from a user is provided. The mobile terminal includes a main body and a display, which is formed at a front of the main body and configured to display information to a user. The display includes a measurement area configured to measure biometric signals from the user. A pixel structure formed in the measurement area of the display includes red (R) sub-pixels configured to generate R light, and infrared (IR) sub-pixels configured to generate IR light. The measurement area of the display includes a light-receiver, which receives light reflected from the body of the user. The mobile terminal is configured to measure at least one of a photoplethysmogram (PPG) signal and an oxygen saturation (SpO2) signal through the measurement area.
