PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perforated recording sheet having images formed thereon with simple operation.SOLUTION: An image formation device includes: a transfer part which transfers a recording sheet; an image formation part which forms images on the recording sheet transferred by the transfer part; and a perforation processing part which is disposed at the downstream side of the image formation part in a recording sheet transfer direction and forms perforation on the recording sheet with the images made thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
