PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply converge an output of an AGC amplifier to an appropriate target amplitude even under a high fading rate.SOLUTION: A reception device includes: the AGC amplifier for amplifying the amplitude of an input reception signal with such a gain as brings it toward a target amplitude; and a control section for setting the target amplitude of the AGC amplifier on the basis of data indicating a fading rate of the reception signal determined from the amplified reception signal, and setting the gain specific to the set target amplitude which depends on the amplitude of the reception signal to the AGC amplifier. The target amplitude depending on the fading rate can be set to simply converge an output of the AGC amplifier. |
