摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in vitro methods using scaffolds for the improved growth and differentiation of hPS (Human pluripotent stem cells), in the use of three-dimensional (3D) synthetic or animal-derived bioscaffolds as substrates, the bioscaffolds being applied for use in combination with an existing plastic equipment for a research experiment.SOLUTION: The invention provides an in vitro method for improving growth and differentiation of hPS by seeding the above scaffold independently or in combination with various biological matrix coating, together with hPS cells, and by seeding it onto a scaffold for further differentiating into more mature hepatocyte type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
