Provided is a linear motion guiding device having improved dust-proof performance and an improved degree of freedom in dust-proof functionality. To accomplish this, this linear motion guiding device (1) has a guide rail (10), a slider (20), and a rolling element (30). A sealing member (50) is provided for sealing the gap formed between a side surface part (10a) of the guide rail (10) and an inside surface part (20a) of the slider (20). The sealing member (50) has a first sealing member (51) provided to the inside surface part (20a) of the slider (20), and a second sealing member (52) that is longer in the width direction than is the first sealing member (51), the second sealing member (52) being superimposed over the first sealing member (51) and detachably provided independent from a bottom surface part (20b) of a slider body (20A). |
