Provided are a coin-stamp blank formed by nesting stacked, spliced and embedded metal bars into metal tubes, and a preparation method. The coin-stamp blank is formed by nesting stacked, spliced and embedded metal bars (2) into one or more than one metal tubes (1) and then radially cutting same, wherein the stacked, spliced and embedded metal bars (2) are formed by radially cladding, laminating and compositing two or more metal bars, and the cross sections of the coin-stamp blank have a variety of patterns and specially-shaped patterns. The method for preparing the coin-stamp blank comprises: forming coin-stamp blank bars with cross sections in different patterns from the outer-layer metal tubes (1) and the inner-layer stacked, spliced and embedded metal bars (2) through extrusion, rolling, drawing, forging and powder metallurgy process technologies, alone or in combination, and performing a cutting process after vacuum heat treatment to obtain the coin-stamp blank, which can be used as a coin blank for coin manufacturing, a stamp blank for stamp manufacturing and an emblem blank for emblem manufacturing. |
