The present invention relates to a fiber optic sensor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a vibroscope using the same. A fiber optic sensor, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a fiber optic cable; an optical fiber which is drawn out of the fiber optic cable and in which a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is formed; a mold housing which is a case into which parts of the fiber optic cable and the optical fiber are inserted to be fixed, wherein the molding housing comprises a fiber optic cable receiving space for receiving the fiber optic cable, an optical fiber receiving hole, extended from the fiber optic cable receiving space, for receiving the optical fiber, and a coating agent inflow hole which is in communication with the optical fiber receiving hole from the outside so that a liquid coating agent may be introduced into the fiber optic receiving hole; and a coating layer which fills the optical fiber receiving hole and the coating agent inflow hole, and is formed on the periphery of the fiber optic including the FBG and on the surface of the mold housing. |
