FIELD: turbo-machines.SUBSTANCE: at manufacture of a blade from composite material for moving wheel of the turbine machine, first, the blade profile is optimized by means of displacement of centers of gravity of different sections of the blades in tangential and longitudinal directions. Herewith the moment of aerodynamic force is compensated, which affects the lower section of the blade airfoil sections and the lower section of the blade post, by calculating the shifts values to be applied to the centers of gravity of the blade airfoil sections and the blade post in tangential and longitudinal directions for the given rotation mode of the turbomachine wheel disc. Thereafter, a blade with the said optimized profile is manufactured. Another invention of the group relates to a blade from composite material for moving wheel of the turbine machine having an optimized profile and manufactured using the above described method. Herewith the blade comprises an airfoil formed by multiple sections of the blade arranged one above another in the direction radial relative to the wheel, a lock intended for mounting the wheel on the disc and extended with a post, and a platform arranged between the post and the airfoil. Lock is connected to the post through a neck, and coordinates of the center of gravity of the blade post are determined by mathematical expressions subject to the present invention.EFFECT: group of inventions reduces mechanical tensions on the blade lock during operation of the turbo-machine.8 cl, 2 dwg |
