PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a preview image coincide with an actual print, and provide a print preview and a print result using a specified font.SOLUTION: When a web server has a font extracted from a document therein, it creates a preview image therein (S202), and when the web server does not have the extracted font therein, it causes an image forming apparatus at an output destination or another image forming apparatus on a network to perform rendering processing to create a preview image, and display the preview image on a client terminal. When the extracted font is installed in the image forming apparatus at the output destination, the web server adds print setting information to a document file to create a print job (S208), and when the extracted font is not installed in the image forming apparatus at the output destination, the web server adds the print setting information to data of the preview image to create a print job, and transmits the print job to the image forming apparatus at the output destination to perform print instruction. |
