PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Csion adsorbent which can desorb a fixed amount of Csions adsorbed to the adsorbent and has such stable adsorption and desorption characteristics that a fixed amount of Csions adsorbed to the adsorbent can be desorbed several times, and the fixed amount of Csions can be adsorbed to the same adsorbent even for the third and following times, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A Csion adsorbent 10 is used which includes a laminar clay minerals 11 comprising smectites and an organic-inorganic composite 19 introduced between layers of the laminar clay minerals 11. The organic-inorganic composite 19 is represented by general formula Z(OR)where Z represents a cation of ALor Feand R represents an alkyl group having 2 or more and 4 or less carbon atoms. |
