PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diesel particulate collection filter device that can inhibit a rapid increase in pressure loss in a diesel particulate collection filter caused by entry of particulate matters into pores of partition walls for partitioning sealing cells.SOLUTION: A diesel particulate collection filter device 100 collects particulate matters 110 included in exhaust gas and discharged from an internal combustion engine 101 through an exhaust pipe 102 by using a diesel particulate collection filter 103 to reduce emissions of the particulate matters discharged to the atmosphere. In the diesel particulate collection filter device 100, an average pore diameter dof pores 109 of partition walls 108 for partitioning sealing cells 107 of the diesel particulate collection filter 103 is smaller than an average particle size dof the particulate matters 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
