PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure which prevents displacement of a cover member and falling of the cover member.SOLUTION: In a vehicle body structure 10, a first opening part 22 is provided in a vehicle body 11 and a cover member 25, which is attached to the vehicle body 11 and covers the first opening part 22, is provided. The cover member 25 includes a first clip 53 and a second clip 54. The first clip 53 is moved in a first direction to be released from an engagement state in which the first clip 53 is engaged with the vehicle body 11 (specifically, a front support part 38 of a support bracket 23).
