PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quarter vent in which fitting work to a vehicle can be implemented from vehicle outside without increasing a working man hour while securing sufficient ventilation performance and securing certain fitting performance to the vehicle.SOLUTION: Provided are binding belts 6 each of which has a protruding part 65 that is extended through a binding part 5 to an upper plate part side of a tube part 2 at an exhaust port 20 apart from the outer flange 4 of the tube part 2, holes 31, protrusions 26 and through-holes 33 each of which are formed in turn at the tube part 2 extending from the binding part to the outer flange 4, slits 34 each of which is provided at both sides of the protrusion 26 in the inside and outside directions of a vehicle, and engagement bodies 45 each of which is formed to protrude into an insertion hole 40 provided in the outer flange 4. As the binding belt 6 with the protruding part 65 is returned to outside of a frame body 1, is picked up from the through-hole 33 after the tip part 61 of the binding belt 6 passes through the hole 31, and, furthermore, is lead to the vehicle outside through the insertion hole 40, then the binding belt 6 is engaged with the engagement bodies 45 and the protrusion 26 is pressed by the protruding part 65 so that the protrusion 26 is pushed out upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
