The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure for fixing a manhole cover, wherein the structure allows the manhole cover to be easily opened and prevents the loss of the opened manhole cover. For the purpose, the present invention provides the structure comprising: a manhole supporting body with a stepped portion and the manhole cover covering a manhole with being mounted on the stepped portion, wherein the structure includes: a supporting body fixing shaft coupled between multiple supporting body fixing units formed on the inner surface of the manhole supporting body; a cover fixing shaft coupled between multiple cover fixing units formed at the manhole cover; and a connecting unit connecting the supporting body fixing shaft and the cover fixing shaft, and preventing the opened manhole cover from being separated from the manhole supporting body.
